I recently went for my jabs and all staff are great and attentive, I believe the gentleman I spoke to was called Hassan (apologies if I'm mistaken), he was genuinely inquisitive about my day and my health. I appreciate this is a 'business' and it's transactional, but it felt different. The short time I was in there really made me feel obliged to share my positive review.
